The Independent School Entrance Examination (ISEE) is administered by Educational Records Bureau (ERB). The Independent schools across America uses ISEE score for admission into 5 to 12 grade. Keeping the need of school goers, who need fresh admission, the ERB conducts ISEE test at three levels.
Lower Level- The Lower Level ISEE test is designed for grade 4 and 5 students. These are prospective candidates for admission into grade 5 and 6 respectively.
Middle Level- The Middle Level ISEE test is designed for students in grades 6 and seven. These are prospective candidates for admission into grade 7 and 8 respectively.
Upper Level- The Upper Level ISEE test is designed for students in grade 8 to 11. These are prospective candidates for admission into grade 9 to 12.
Students can write ISEE test only once in 6 months period. The test result is used by more than 1540 independent member schools of ERB for admission into different grades.
The Educational Records Bureau (ERB) is a licensed organization by the Board of Reagents in the State of New York. The ERB provides assistance to its member schools and works in close association with Educational Testing Services (ETS), another honored testing agency in United States.
